Fusion’s Biggest Upgrade Ever !

We have been hard at work taking Fusion to the next level. This is our software’s biggest upgrade since its birth in 2012. Our objective of being South Africa’s premium Real Estate software continues and the benefits of deciding to rebuild our platform using the latest technology and practices is starting to pay dividends.

Please see the latest features and improvements below. As always, our Support team is on hand to assist where necessary.

*Coming Soon : We are now focusing our efforts around extending on Property Types and Features to cater for more widespread listing requirements and we have some interesting releases planned to improve your marketing efforts.

In This Release 2013.6 :

Deals – Note Capture

Allowing the capture of a short note on each task (up to 160 chars). Incomplete tasks’ notes are combined and could optionally be shown on some of the new reports.

Deals – Agent/Team Report

This report is used daily/weekly/monthly for reporting calculations on agent / agent team / franchise office & head office royalty commission splits.

At a high level the report displays the number of deals for a certain period, grouped by agent / team based on deal status and other input filter parameters selected from the generation interface.

The report is only accessible to Admin & Manager users.

Deals – Office Performance Report

This report is used daily/weekly/monthly for reporting calculations on franchise office & head office royalty commission splits.

At a high level the report displays the number of deals for a certain period, grouped by deal status and other input filter parameters selected from the generation interface.

The report is only accessible to Admin & Manager users.

Deals – Client Service Report

This report is used once a month by head office to see which deals have ‘Registered and closed’ with in the month so that head office can follow up with the buyers and sellers to rate the service they have received from the office concerned.

At a high level the report displays each deal which transfers in a date range for a certain period, grouped by agent / team based on deal status – registered & closed and other input parameters selected.

The report is only accessible to Admin & Manager users.

Deals – Commission Voucher Report

This is a report document which can be generated once deal data input has been completed. It’s mainly used as an advice slip which can be issued to the selling agent or placed with the deal file as a summary of the deal information.

The report is only accessible to Managers, Admins & Agents. Agents can only generate the report for their own deals.

Deals – Agency Group All Agent Financial Activity Report

This report is pulled monthly, can be grouped by Province, Office OR by Agent Team or Individual Agent. This report shows a complete financial breakdown for each respective agent – Agent commission, Number of deals, Company (office) commission, agent team & total sales.

This report is only accessible from a group head office environment.

Deals – Agency Group All Office Financial Activity Report

This report is pulled monthly and can be Grouped by Province OR by Office. This report shows a complete financial breakdown for each respective office / province region of all commissions, office, agent / team & H/O Royalties. It will also detail any relevant OTT deductions and average commission percentages.

This report is only accessible from a group head office environment.

Deals – Lock / Unlock Deals when Registered / Paid

When a deal is now marked as registered or a commission slip is marked as paid, the deal file will be locked and no longer be editable. To unlock a deal file, the agency / group should log a call with support.

Deals – Reporting Tweaks

Some additional effort went into testing and refining the report logic for Agent / Team and Office Performance Report.

Sort options for the All Agent group report now include Number of Deals, Company Commission, Total Sales and Agent Last Name.

For clarity the Property Transfer Date filter was removed and replaced Property Registration Date and Estimated Transfer Date filters in all applicable reports.

Agent / Team report now subtotals the number of deals per agent or team.

Seller -> Buyer details are now listed with the property address for the Agent / Team report.

Dates are now formatted MM/DD/YYYY on the Deal Reports

General

Leads Criteria now allows a custom price range to be saved for both sales and rentals.

The Office > Marketing page now allows offices with a Private Property contract to manage featured agents.

RedirectTo Word Press plugin can now be activated for templated websites.

The contact agent / office forms on the templated websites now validates for at least a name and email address.

Bug Fixes

Matching Criteria not loading the correct price range when editing or reverting back when editing.

View on (own) website link not working for some agencies

Not handling generation of IOL files correctly for agencies with non-standard characters in their names.

Matching Criteria not saving when lots of suburbs are selected.

Lead match results shows incorrect number of bathrooms.
Fusion Website – Show Day Information on Fusion Templated Websites

When searching or browsing through listings, the “For Sale” rosette will change to “On Show” when an upcoming show date is published with the listing. The listing’s detail page now displays the dates and times for show days if applicable.

Leads – Duplication Check When Creating Leads

When creating a new lead, the system will now prompt you to search for an existing lead by the same name, phone or email before continuing on to create a new lead.

Office Users – Allowing Users to Manage their Primary Office

When a user is now added to an office, an updated email is sent to the user with a link to their “My Info” page. Here the user can remove themselves from the office, or change their primary office.
